Circle of Care ELs is a licensed childcare center approved by the Maryland State Department of Education. We offer developmental and educational activities specified for your child’s age and individual needs. Our staff members are certified and trained have undergone background screening, and follow the mandatory continued education in early childhood education to present you with quality services. We also recognize and practice the MSDE (Maryland State Department of Education) and MDNAEYC (Maryland National Association of the Education of Young Children).
